CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – The Charlottesville Police Department announces the arrest of Kejuan Augustus Anthony, age 18, in connection with a shooting incident that occurred on September 12, 2026, on the Downtown Mall.
Mr. Anthony was arrested by CPD within the city this afternoon for the following charges:
§18.2-53.1 — Use of a firearm in the commission of a felony
§18.2-308.2 — Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
