The Madison Boy’s Basketball team coming off a successful season in which they earned a trip to the Regional B Tournament had 3 players garner post-season accolades. Junior guard Jackson Taylor was named to the Bull Run District first team and second team All-Region B squad. He was the leading vote getter on the second team. Jackson finished the year averaging 14 points per game. He also added 3.4 assists, 2.9 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game.
Junior guard Dean Breeden and Junior center Taylor Fincham earned second team All-District recognition for their outstanding play this year. Breeden averaged 10 points and 3.5 rebounds per contest. He also added 3.2 assists while shooting 35% from the 3-point line. Fincham used his inside presence in the lane to average 11.8 points and 8.9 rebounds this season while shooting almost 60% from the floor.
Madison finished 8-7 overall and will return the rest of their team next year.
