In execution of the Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $196,773.00 dated November 13, 2008 and recorded in Book 3663, Page 236, modified by Loan Modification recorded on April 22, 2022, Instrument No. 202200004850 of the Albemarle County land records, the appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction main entrance of the Circuit Court for Albemarle County, located at 501 E Jefferson Street, Charlottesville, Virginia 22902 on March 22, 2023 at 10:00 AM, the property described in said deed of trust, located at the above address and more particularly described as follows:: All that certain parcel of land continuing 14,065 square feet, more or less, situated in Albemarle County, Virginia in the White Hall Magisterial District of Crozet on the west side of State Secondary Highway 1209 south of its intersection with State Secondary Highway 691, being designated as Lot A on Plat of William S.
