NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE OF 308 BRENTWOOD ROAD, CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA 22901 In execution of a Deed of Trust dated December 19, 2014, and recorded December 19, 2014 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for Albemarle County, Virginia IN DEED BOOK 4567, PAGE 715, from WILLIAM M. HERRICK, II, and default having been made in the payment of the debt secured, with the original principal balance of $284,601.55, and at the request of the beneficiary under said deed of trust the undersigned, having been duly appointed Trustee by instrument recorded in Deed Book 4567 page 715, has declared all the debts and obligations secured by the deed of trust due and payable and will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder at the front of the Albemarle County Circuit Courthouse, 501 E. This conveyance is subject to all easements, restrictions, conditions and reservations of record affecting the title to the property hereinabove described. The beneficiary reserves the right to bid at said sale. TERMS OF SALE: Cash or certified funds. A non-refundable deposit of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, payable in cash or by certified or cashier's check to the undersigned will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Terms of sale to be complied with within 15 days from date of sale or deposit will be forfeit and property will be resold at cost of defaulting purchaser.
