As part of its Regular Meeting scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, the Orange County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to receive comments on, and consider, the following: AMENDMENT TO RSA ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION Pursuant to §15.2-5110, the Board of Supervisors will consider the adoption of a Concurrent Resolution to amend the Articles of Incorporation of the Rapidan Service Authority (RSA). The effect of the Concurrent Resolution is to amend the RSA Board to five (5) members with the majority of members appointed by Orange County, once Greene County withdraws. This change is consistent with a Memorandum of Agreement adopted earlier this year. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and to present their views and/or to submit written comments for the Board's consideration.
